I was privileged to co-author the book Soul Medicine (click here) with legendary physician Dr. Norm Shealy, MD, PhD. Norm is a Harvard-trained neurosurgeon, founder of the American Holistic Medical Association, and a great fan of EFT tapping.
Norm advises sticking to a very simple 10 point eating plan. When you’re tapping and also supporting your body by making healthy food choices, you provide both emotional and physical support for optimal health.
When Norm shared this plan with me, I put it to the test. I tried it for a week, along with Bulletproof Coffee and a Superfood Smoothie in the morning. I wound up losing 6 lb in just 7 days! I ate the foods I enjoy most, I ate as much as I wanted, and I did not count calories. I never felt hungry, thanks to healthy fats like butter, avocados, and bacon (all organic). The whole process was completely effortless. I had no problem keeping the weight off later using tapping and continuing with a sensible diet.
