Please make sure you listen to the recording. We talked about emotional eating and self-sabotage. For this next week, please continue to record your food and emotions in your Food and Mood diary. Pay close attention to what happens as you start to lose weight. Is fear of failure an issue for you? How about fear of success? Or is something or someone else standing in your way. If you find yourself saying “I want to lose weight, but . . . “, spend sometime working on what I call the “ya, buts”. Those are likely issues that need some tapping.
