Hi everyone! As we get ready for the coming week together, please take the time to record your “Food and Mood”. Get a little notebook, use your phone, whatever works… but in addition to keep a “food diary” keep an “emotion diary” along with it. Write down how you feel when you’re experiencing cravings or if you eat emotionally – or if you don’t. This exercise really creates some amazing awareness.
