Each of us has adverse experiences that shatter our lives. We’re familiar with the descent into traumatic stress, and perhaps even PTSD, that can ensue.

However, what’s not widely recognized is that for many people, trauma opens a gateway to growth. Research shows that two-thirds of people experience posttraumatic growth after adverse circumstances. By causing us to question our most fundamental assumptions about reality, they can even spark psychological and spiritual evolution.

This makes our suffering meaningful, and can change our view of it from a tragedy to an opportunity.

Join Dawson Church and other EFT Universe faculty for a workshop on how to turn trauma into a gateway for transcendent states of consciousness.

Tapping Day™

Traditionally, the Winter Solstice is a time to turn within, reflect, and chart a new course forward in our lives.

Tapping, meditation, and other personal growth techniques can help us release the past and envision a new and positive future.

These practices help us to release old assumptions and energy blockages that keep us from our best.

Join Dawson Church and other EFT Universe faculty for a lively and fun tapping day. We’ll focus on letting go of anything holding us back, and getting in touch with our highest aspirations for the year ahead.
